1 General Provisions

88bat ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms govern the relationship between the platform and the user ("you", "user").

All services provided on this platform — casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any bonus programs — are governed by these Terms. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.

88bat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To use 88bat's services, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account, playing games, or placing any kind of bet. We reserve the right to verify age, and any account created with false information will be closed immediately.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, date of birth — must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 88bat is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

88bat may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document to confirm a user's identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false documents will result in permanent account closure.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at 88bat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method belonging to the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposit amounts are processed through secure and encrypted channels.
• No fee is charged on deposits, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to complete successfully.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 88bat reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct verification.
• If evidence of fraud or abuse is found, the withdrawal may be cancelled entirely.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

88bat offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus conditions are discussed in detail below.

• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Another example: if you deposit ৳26,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳41,000.
• Your account must be verified to receive the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After the welcome bonus is credited, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 Other Promotions

• Each promotion has its own conditions, which will be stated on the promotion page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 88bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

5.1 Game Results

All games on 88bat are conducted fairly and impartially. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified. Once a round or bet is finalized, the result cannot be changed.

If a game result is affected by a technical error, 88bat reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the staked amount.

5.2 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in sports betting, please read the terms and conditions of the selected event and market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

5.3 VIP Program

88bat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The detailed conditions of VIP benefits are subject to change, and 88bat reserves the right to review VIP status at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bat platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automation software, or any technical advantage to attempt to influence the gaming system.
• Attempting to steal another user's account credentials or gain unauthorized access.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in misconduct toward other users on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on 88bat's servers or network.
• Spreading false information about the platform or attempting to damage the brand's reputation.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Limitation of Liability

88bat provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

88bat will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Any damage arising from issues related to the user's own device or browser.
• Delays or errors in the services of third-party payment providers.
• If services are suspended due to unexpected government regulations or legal changes.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. 88bat is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming. Play responsibly and within your means.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the 88bat support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any incomplete bonus wagering will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 88bat

88bat may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Fraudulent use of bonuses or promotions.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.

For accounts closed with valid cause, any legitimate balance will be returned, however bonus-related funds may be forfeited.

10 Changes to Terms
